For the first time producer Srinivasamurthy of Seetha Bhaireshwara Productions Private limited was in cheerful mood to answer all questions at the ‘Brindavana’ success party at Solitaire Hotel on Monday night.

‘I would take up next film with Darshan tomorrow in case he asks me to do so’. Our relationship with Darshanji is like that. He considered the banner as his and we have extended the same gratitude. He should tell us to make so and so film from our banner. We are ready stated Srinivasamurthy. Darshan was always ready for shoot despite of some ill health and he had taken care like how he takes care for his home banner.

The first day gross collection for ‘Brindavana’ is Rs.2 crores and by next week the overall investment is covered he says Srinivasamurthy from 196 theatres. We have plans for releasing the film in Dubai, Australia and USA with sub titles. It would take some time says Srinivasamurthy.

Disclosing the 105 days shooting done and rain always playing havoc for the film producer Srinivasamurthy said the toughest was shooting done in Rs.90 lakhs set. Originally it was given an invoice for Rs.1.20 crore. Then we could get some concession. At Abbaiai Naidu studio art director Ishwari Kumar worked for one month with carpenters and art direction assistants from Kerala, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Remembering the set Srinivasamurthy said he was asked by many to retain it. We did not want to take risk. Because we have overworked on this set and 100 plus artists and technicians used to be at this place says Srinivasamurthy.

We are indebted to those who worked on the sets. Mere salary is not enough for their tremendous work. For songs of four minutes we have traveled widely. We have put aside Sonu Nigam song and taken Shaan version. Money was not issue but making a good film was issue before us says Srinivasamurthy.
